3C Corridor
Ohio Gov. John Kasich rejected $400 million in ARRA funds to launch passenger service on the 256-mile 3C corridor linking Cincinnati, Dayton, Columbus and Cleveland. The funds were distributed to other U.S. states, primarily California and Florida.
