Illinois Fast Track Initiative


As the Nation’s railroad hub, Chicago plays a pivotal role in all of the proposed fast train corridors in the Midwest.

Therefore, it is appropriate for the Illinois Legislature to take the lead in developing its portions of the network as a model for the entire Midwest.
